The Bucharest metro network has 5 lines in operation (M1–M5) and 63 stations, over approximately 80 km of double track. The M6 line towards Henri Coandă Airport is under construction. The metro runs daily 05:00–23:00, with trains every 3–7 minutes during peak hours.
